Industry leader providing creative solutions to help you meet your Sustainability, Energy and Water Conservation Goals

SERVICES

Our Team audits existing electric, water, natural gas and other utility consumption and provides written reports comparing your Energy Use Intensity (EUI) against industry benchmarks. We offer an evaluation of existing conditions and create Energy and Water Balances to determine usage by equipment categories. We will create Energy Conservation Measures (ECM's) on alternative ways to reduce consumption, reuse effluent and heat from process equipment and provide information on local and national rebates for Custom and Prescriptive Measures.

We conduct ASHRAE (Level I - III) Audits resulting in Resilient Energy & Water Efficiency measures, to help you achieve your sustainability goals.
Investment Grade Audits

A comprehensive Investment Grade Audit (IGA) identifies all energy and water efficiency improvements through a combination of data logging, utility monitoring, data collection, engineering analysis of energy-using systems, and economic analysis of potential energy Conservation measures (ECMs).

Process Water Efficiency Measures
Facility Water Balance

A Facility Water Balance illustrates where all metered and unmetered water is being used, allowing us to identify ‘Demand Reduction’ strategies for each water-use category. The two major categories cover domestic water (restrooms, showers, etc.) and process water (heavy duty equipment).

Sub-Metering

Installing sub-meters on irrigation systems, cooling tower make-up and blow-down lines, water cooled equipment, motors, and other energy and water processes identify leaks and detect abnormal usage. Facility engineers can establish the existing baseline usage and design retrofit and reuse options to lower the baseline to an optimal level. We can also install a constant commissioning system that will monitor any/all utility use at the point of use, without installing metering equipment or running wires back to the commissioning device. This does not replace a Building Automation system; it works in conjunction with the BAS and can automate demand response (Load Shedding) strategies. Constant 'real-time' commissioning can also alert the BAS to send an alert so that a member of the maintenance crew can prevent flooding and catastrophic loss and damage to equipment and the building infrastructure.

Remote Monitoring

Using a cloud-based monitoring solution allows collection of real-time meter data and makes it available through an online mobile or desktop app. This enables the facility staff to automate monitoring of flow meters in the field. Integral to the system is an alert function that notifies the staff of any critical condition via text, email, or phone.
